About my study programme

Imagen
If you ask me about the things that I would change to my study programme, it’s an interesting question because from the academic side, as far as I’m concerned, I wouldn’t change anything and that is because I think that the pharmaceutic chemistry programme is very well constructed and you have at least one specific course about every working area of interest as a pharmaceutic (administration, quality management, marketing; healthcare, clinic and community pharmacy, etc.). Also, the teachers are very good and have incredible knowledge about the subjects they teach, they even share with you their experiences doing what they’re teaching and I believe that’s great! On the other hand, I would improve the infrastructure of the faculty, classrooms are quite small in some cases and become a little uncomfortable. Also, I thought that the campus was going to be big and were going to have a lot of space to play sports, but when I arrived it wasn’t like that (I say this because I came here from ...

Time Traveling

Imagen
If you ask me, I would like to time-travel to the future. And if you ask, why? It's because I think that "what's done is done" and you have to live with that and its consequences. Now, I would like to travel to the future, where I’m making a living from what I love and what I studied, and in a non-specific location, I just want to have an overall view of the world, how things are done or if we become aware of such important issues as pollution, inclusion, etc. I hope to see a better world, one where our traditions are treated with respect, but without fear of moving forward as a society, modernizing ourselves and adapting for the times to come (and hoping to see flying cars and that kind of stuff, like in the movies lol). Also, I tend to think a lot about the person I want to be in the future, as a future pharmacist, I want to see and learn how my field of work has developed, learn about medical advances and ways to help people. Apart from that, I have this plan to ...

Working to be on my dream job...

Imagen
Since I was like 12-14 years old, I wanted my work to be related to science, something that can be useful/helpful for people, that’s where the decision to study pharmaceutical chemistry appeared and I’m not regretting that decision at all. It’s going to be difficult, but that’s part of the fun, isn’t it ? I honestly enjoy what I’m building for my future and see myself in a few years working and investigating medical-scientific matters to develop for the well-being of people or working in a hospital, having direct communication with patients and helping them alongside a doctor. All this because I always wanted to help people at the same time I’m doing what I like the most. I need to learn so many things, not only in an academic way (pharmaceutical things, laboratory work, English, etc.) but humanly as well (teamwork, communication, etc.), so, there’s work to do. But it’ll be worth it, the economic side is good, I can live with that and it’s not a big worry for me. I also have ...

A very special concert...

Imagen
Hey, hello there! I’m here to talk about my experience in my first concert, the one that I was waiting for too long to happen. It was last year, around this same date (2nd of September to be precise), that I went to watch WOS, a young Argentinian artist that was famous from his days as a freestyler/rap artist where he competed and even won a couple of recognized competitions in the discipline, he now sings with a group having a rap/rock music style with lyrics that criticize the current society, the disparity of some life-related things, or sings about life itself.  As I remember, I was at the Teatro Caupolicán, literally in the show, jumping and singing out loud, there was an electric atmosphere with all the people singing, jumping on the rhythm of the songs, and even dancing during the concert when there was a slow-paced song, people took out their phones and started swinging them from right to left and vice versa. It was great, everything about the concert and to remember that...

Germany, not what you think

Imagen
Germany Germany it's the second-most populous country in Europe, with a population around 83.7 million people as of 2022, alongside that it's the second-most popular immigration destination in the world. So, it has this multi-cultural side that is worth exploring, you can find people from Denmark, Turkey, Serbia, etc. so you have a lot to learn about people around the country and also the historical monuments like Brandenburg Gate, so it's worth a try! Secondly, if you're a sports fan, things like this are lived differently, people are not fans of their favorite team, THEY'RE A PART OF IT. This is because they have this tradition of "sport is for the fans", for example, in football the fans and club members have to own the majority of their club and they live up to the expectations every time, like in this photo that I'll share with you. If you ask me, I would love to be a part of that! Also, as a student of Pharmacy, Germany it's the main pharmace...
